RAGHAD ELWALI creates and sells limited pieces, artifacts, clothing, and objects. Please read this policy before placing an order.
RETURNS
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because many RAGHAD ELWALI pieces are limited, made in small quantities, or produced with specific artistic intent, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
To request a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by filling out the form on our website.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any packaging or tags included.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by SAPIEN.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RAGHAD ELWALI is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
